Riding for the Disabled
25 Jan 2017
We are delighted to announce that Hope House School is now a registered Riding for the Disabled Centre! Our two horses, Largo and Rummy, along with our donkeys, Kenny and Chloe, are now providing riding and equine therapy for not only our pupils but also SEN and disabled children who access our Clubs and Befriending service. We will also be able to offer carriage driving very soon.
We are currently enlarging our existing ménage and planning to increase the number of horses so that we can offer sessions to disabled children from the local community.
Hope House RDA is a separate charity from the school and we are always looking for ways to raise money to buy feed and equipment. If you would like to donate or fundraise, please get in touch!
